Remote work should support your life—not make you miss it.

Living for Tomorrow was created after Niecey saw how confusing and unsupported remote contracting could feel. L42M became the bridge: clear information, organized onboarding, honest expectations, and a community that helps independent agents understand what comes next.

We do not promise overnight success or guaranteed income. We help qualified people prepare, choose wisely, and build a flexible opportunity with their eyes open.

Know before you apply

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

You are not applying for a traditional employee job. You operate as a self-employed service partner, choose from available client intervals, handle your own taxes and business expenses, and remain responsible for meeting client commitments.

Typical production rates$10–$14/hourRates, incentives, availability, and hours vary by client and are not guaranteed.

The honest breakdown

  • Flexible—not unlimited. You choose from intervals clients make available.
  • Client commitments matter. Many programs require at least 15 hours weekly and weekend time.
  • Certification takes work. Attendance, modules, assessments, and passing scores apply.
  • Pay is twice monthly. Direct deposit is issued on the 15th and last day.
  • A combined 10% is retained. This covers the Arise platform and L42M service fees.

Before you apply

Set yourself up for success.

Client requirements vary, but most opportunities begin with these essentials.

Good to know

Certification commonly lasts 3–8 weeks. Attendance and passing standards matter, and production hours are not guaranteed.

Common requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 computer
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Smartphone for security token
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • At least 15 hours / 30 intervals weekly
  • Weekend availability when required

Check your location

Is Arise currently available in your state?

At this time, Arise is not actively sourcing new service partners or agents from the locations listed here. Applicants must reside and service from an eligible U.S. state.

This is an Arise restriction—not a permanent L42M restriction.

When Living for Tomorrow adds opportunities through other contracting platforms, we may be able to serve applicants in additional states. Availability can change at any time.
